Following the commentary on the new Package Travel Directive, the Estoril Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies (ESHTE) has initiated another online project on tourism law in Europe. The collection, which is freely accessible online and will also be published in printed form as a loose-leaf edition, provides a valuable overview of the laws relevant to travel and tourism in the various European states. The contributions come from renowned experts from the respective countries and partly also deal with very specific problems of travel and tourism law. Michael Wukoschitz from the law firm Kornfeld Wukoschitz Cernochova had the honour of contributing the chapter on Austrian tourism law.
